Term & Conditions

Welcome to Taxlegit! We provide services related to business consultation, company registration, taxation, and compliance. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using our website taxlegit.com and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

Taxlegit provides professional support to individuals and businesses in setting up and managing their companies. We offer services such as company registration, including Private Limited, LLP, OPC, and Sole Proprietorship. We also help with GST registration, tax filing, TDS compliance, business licenses, and trademark registration.

Our role is to assist and guide you through legal procedures, making the process easier and smoother. However, we are not a law firm or a government agency. We do not provide legal or financial advice but work as a facilitator to help clients complete regulatory and compliance-related work.

2. Who Can Use Our Services?

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. You must provide correct and complete information during the registration or consultation process. We can deny service or cancel the request if false or misleading information is detected.

Our services should not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities. If someone misuses our services, we may terminate their access without prior notice.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All service payments must be made before we start working on your request. The cost of our services may change based on government fees, compliance charges, and other external factors.

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we cannot provide the service for unavoidable reasons. If a refund is applicable, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will not be provided if the delay or rejection occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client.

4. Service Timelines and Delays

We always complete services within the estimated time. However, delays can occur for several reasons, including government processing time, technical issues, or incorrect documents.

Since we depend on external agencies such as government departments, banks, and third-party service providers, we cannot guarantee that services will always be completed within the estimated time. If there is a delay, we will inform you immediately. However, Taxlegit is not responsible for any losses due to these delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required documents and information correctly and on time. If there is a delay from the client's side in submitting documents, it may affect the service timeline.

Clients must also ensure that they respond to any queries regarding their application. Any document errors or incorrect information may lead to service rejection, extra costs, or penalties. Taxlegit cannot be held responsible for any losses or issues due to faulty data provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Taxlegit is a service provider that assists businesses with registration, tax compliance, and legal formalities. However, the final approval of registrations, tax filings, and compliance applications is at the discretion of government authorities.

We do not guarantee that applications will always be approved, as this depends on government verification and approval. Taxlegit will not be responsible for any penalties, rejections, or legal consequences due to incorrect filings, non-compliance, or delays from the client's side. We also do not provide financial compensation for any losses caused due to delays in regulatory approvals.

7. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal or business data you share with us is protected and confidential. We use this data only to provide services, not sell or misuse.

However, while we use advanced security measures, we are not responsible for cyberattacks, hacking, or security breaches caused by third-party service providers, hosting services, or payment gateways. Clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and should not share their account details with anyone.

For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our website's content, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, belongs to Taxlegit. Clients cannot copy, reuse, or distribute this content without our permission.

Unauthorized use of our brand name, content, or services will be considered a legal violation, and necessary action will be taken against those who infringe upon our rights.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

Our services may involve external platforms, payment gateways, or government portals. Taxlegit does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures from their end.

If a third-party service provider changes their policies, increases fees, or experiences downtime, Taxlegit cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused to the client. Clients must comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers when using their platforms.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Taxlegit may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new services, changes in laws, or policy improvements. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on our website.

By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to follow the updated Terms and Conditions. We encourage clients to review this page regularly to stay informed about any updates.
