What Is MSME-SSI Registration?

SSI (Small Scale Industry) registration entitles the registered businesses to several subsidies provided by the Government of India to promote small and medium scale enterprises. It is done by the Ministry of MSME.

What Are The Documents Required?

→ Address proof of the business.
→ Scanned copies of Sales bill and Purchase Bill
→ Partnership deed (if applicable)
→ A Memorandum of Association and certificate of incorporation (if applicable)
→ Scanned copies of the entity’s licenses
→ Bills of the machinery purchased need to be submitted.

Process Of MSME-SSI Registration:

→ For the registration, the owner of the entity needs to file a single form which can be done both online and offline.
→ The form required for the registration is available at
→ The owner of the entity has to provide some personal information like the Aadhar number, PAN number, Bank account details and upload the documents listed above.
→ Once the details are filled and the documents are uploaded, the registration number will be provided.
